This sauce is EVERYTHING! I just made my jollof rice for the first time ever and it was a hit back to back. My family was wowed. Now, I can make my own jollof ;-)

I sampled your sauce and bought it at Jungle Jims when you were doing a demo. Last night I finally got around to using it. Made blackened shrimp with veggies and smoked sausage and mixed it up and served it over rice. It was phenomenal! It was a HUGE hit with my family. Not a single left over!

Added some Basmati rice plus some chicken broth. Cooked it this morning. This sauce is as good as my homemade stew or sauce for cooking joloff!! I bought only one jar to try it! The taste and aroma blew me away…Rich delicious simmer sauce! I want more!! I am sad that its out of stock !!!

This tasted so good. I use 3 cups of rice and and follow the instructions on the pack. Results was so good. The spiciness was perfect just as I wanted.

I used the eze regular spice sauce for dinner yesterday and the entire pan was gone by the end of the night! I used a jar and a half, mixed it up with half a can of coconut milk, and some dry rice. I followed the directions and added some chicken broth instead of water, and dinner was ready after 30-45 minutes in the oven. It was SO GOOD, and you can’t even tell it’s from a jar. It tastes homemade and you can tell it was made with a lot of love. I served it with some sautéed cabbage, and my family likes to eat it with some spicy chili crunch for an extra kick.

First found this sauce in a local African market and am glad we did. Great big flavor, and we just had the Regular! Next time I'm going spicy for sure... think of Jollof as the more exotic version of Spanish rice, or maybe an African gumbo. We did ours with chicken and veggies and a long grain Aborio rice and simmer away. Hope they get more in stock soon!
